Because of its slanted form with a thumb rest, the Corsair Nightsword is a comfortable gaming mouse with RGB lights and an ergonomic design. It has a few customizable buttons, but they aren’t as extensive as those found on a specialised MMO mouse. Its sensor is also uneven, overshooting when the mouse is moved quickly and undershooting when the mouse is moved slowly. Because of its size, the mouse is not suggested for persons with tiny hands. On the plus side, it’s well-made and offers a lot of customising possibilities.

The mouse is a great buy for the office. It has an ergonomic shape and thumb rest that offers good comfort, plus it’s well-built with durable materials to prevent wear over time (and from catching on objects). The only fault of this product would be its cable which sometimes gets caught by other items on your desk–but at least you know where all those nice mice will end up!

It’s ideal for video games. It has a large CPI range and its software allows for easy customization. It’s a wonderful mouse for palm or claw grip, but it could be too big for tiny hands. Furthermore, the sensor’s consistency appears to be a little wrong, and the latency is higher than other wired gaming mice.

Excellent for MMOs. It has just 10 programmable buttons, which is fewer than specialised MMO mouse. On the plus side, the mouse’s form is pleasant to handle for a long time, although it may be too large for certain persons with tiny hands.

Although you can reduce the mouse’s weight by removing some weights, it isn’t designed for ultra-light gaming. It is a fairly heavy mouse even without its extras; there are noticeably lighter options available if this does not suit your needs at all!

This mouse isn’t made to travel with. Its wired architecture will make it difficult to use in cramped situations, such as on an aircraft, and it will not fit inside a laptop bag.

  • Weight system with software integration that may be customised.
  • Thumb support is added.
  • Sensitive sensor with granular level control.
  • RGB light placement that is optimal.
  • Only suitable for big hands.
  • Your hand will easily fall off due to the shape and rubber grip.

Corsair Nightsword RGB Style

The Corsair Nightsword RGB is designed with gamers in mind. It’s a large mouse with several buttons and RGB zones. The palm and thumb rests are made of rubber, with a matte finish on the primary click buttons and a glossy pattern around the frame.

Corsair Nightsword RGB Weight

Even when all the possible weights are removed, the Corsair Nightsword is rather hefty. Three 4.5g weights and three 2.7g weights are included. Check out the MSI CLUTCH GM20 ELITE if you’re looking for another gaming mouse with a set of one 5g weight and two 3g weights that you can add to the inside of the palm region of the mouse.

Maximum Weight With Wire: 174 g
Maximum Weight Without Wire: 145 g
Minimum Weight Without Wire: 120 g

Corsair Nightsword RGB Build Quality

The Nightsword’s build quality is great. It has a sturdy feel to it and the additional rubber on its feet make for an easy grip, but there are no rattling or wobbling parts so this mouse won’t give you any bad vibes when using! The heavy weight gives off that good ol’ fashioned gamer vibe as well–perfect if you’re looking for something more than just aesthetics in your gaming equipment (though those factors would also contribute!).

Corsair Nightsword RGB Comfort of Use

The ergonomics of the Corsair Nightsword are ideal for right-handed users. It has a beautiful form that works well with a palm or claw grip. A beautiful tilt to the right is also present, with a comfortable thumb rest on the left side. People with tiny hands should seek for an alternative mouse since some buttons, regardless of grip, may be difficult to reach. Because of its design, this mouse might be used by left-handed persons, although the side buttons may be difficult to operate. Check out the Mad Catz R.A.T. 4+ if you’re looking for a comparable mouse with an adjustable palm rest.

Corsair Nightsword RGB Buttons

The Nightsword’s ten programmable buttons are all upgradeable, and can be used to switch between profiles or CPI settings. There is also a sniper button that has been preprogrammed for your desired setting with just one click! The left-click does have some amount of “pre travel” which you might notice if it were set into use quickly – but the satisfying feel makes up for this minor flaw in design.
